This parameter is settable only when using incremental encoder.
Sets Digital filter to motor Incremental Encoder.
Pulse lower than the set value is eliminated as noise when noise superposition occurs in
encoder signals. Consider Encoder resolution and Maximum rotation velocity of the servo motor
in operation when selecting value. Set the value roughly less than 1/4 of the Encoder pulse
width at Maximum rotation velocity.

width at Maximum rotation velocity.
