Class of Service Options (Hold/Transfer Service) – No Recall
Allow (0)/Deny (1) unanswered Transferred calls to the COS from recalling the originating
extension.
(default: 0)
For example, with this option set to 1 for COS 1, calls transferred by any COS to any extension with
a COS of 1, do not recall.

For example, with this option set to 1 for COS 1, any call transferred by an extension with COS 1,

Enable the Barge-In Speech Mode (0) at the initiating extension (i.e., Barge-In initiator). This is
required to transfer a call to a conference.

Tone)
Enable (1)/Disable (0) the Barge-In Tone. If disabled, this also turns off the Barge-In display at
the called extension. As this option is for extensions and trunks do not have an option for a
Barge-In Tone, the tone is sent to the trunks based on the Class of Service of the transferring
extension.

conversation.
