Description
Your Elite IPK II telephone system provides Hotel/Motel services in addition to the many features
available to business users. These Hotel/Motel services help you run your facility more efficiently, save
you time and money,
and
provide your guests with more responsive service.
Hotel/Motel features include:
Wake Up Call
Wake Up Call is like having an alarm clock in each room – with some unique advantages:
Guests can set or cancel Wake Up Calls for themselves, or you can set and cancel Wake Ups for
them.
Unanswered Wake Up Calls can automatically call the operator and print on the Room Status
Printout report.
Enhancements
Version 2000 or higher
provides the following feature enhancements:
Function Code 95: Page Switching
A Direct Station Selection (DSS) Console can have a shift key to expand the capacity of a console. Two pages
(or sheets) are available. In Page 1 mode, keys 01~54 are available for DSS/BLF function, feature access, etc.
In Page 2 mode, an additional 54 keys (01~54) are available for DSS/BLF function, feature access, etc. Keys
55~60 do not shift. A total of 113 keys are available when using the Page key (54 + 54 + 6 - 1 = 113). The Page
key (shift key) must be assigned on key 55~60.
DSS Console page switching which allows one DSS Console to monitor up to 114 rooms for wake up call and
room status. This function code can be assigned to DSS Console buttons 55~60 only. When enabled the
button indicates the following:

PMS Integration:
With Version 2000 software and PMS Interface Box (PMS-U10), the Electra Elite IPK II
supports third party PMS applications. The PMS-U10 serves as a gateway between the PMS applications, the
Electra Elite IPK II and EliteMail LX voice mails. The Electra Elite IPK II and EliteMail LX must be licensed for
this feature to work in Hotel/Motel and the Property Management System (PMS). Refer to the Hotel/Motel and
EliteMail LX manuals for more information.
