In addition, the delayed switching on must have elapsed (operating line 621) and the
lag heat source must have been released depending on the outside temperature (oper-
ating lines 630 through 632).
If the lead heat source becomes faulty, the lag heat source will immediately be put into
operation without giving consideration to the outside temperature release.
4.187 Delayed switching on of lag heat source

The locking time starts on release of the lead heat source.

The delayed switching on of the lag heat source starts to run only when the second
stage of the lead heat source is in operation also.
4.188 Release integral for the lag heat source

The lag heat source will be put into operation at the right moment in time
•
Prevents frequent switching of the lag heat source
If the output of the lead heat source is no longer sufficient to satisfy the demand, the
controller starts calculating the heat deficit. The calculation takes into account the lack
of heat over time and makes corrections until the adjusted value is reached.

On completion of the adjusted switch-on delay (operating line 621), the controller starts
calculating the heat deficit. When this is reached, the lag heat source will be released.
4.189 Reset integral of the lag heat source

The lag heat source will be shut down at the right moment in time
•
Prevents frequent switching of the lag heat source
If lead and lag heat source together produce too much heat, first the lag heat source
will be shut down. From this moment in time, the controller starts calculating the surplus
heat.
The calculation takes into account the surplus heat over time until the adjusted value is
reached.
