faults
No display on the controller:
•
Is the heating plant's main switch turned on?
•
Are the fuses in order?
•
Check
the
wiring
Controller displays the wrong time of day, the wrong weekday, the wrong date,
the wrong year
•
Set the correct time of day on the controller (operating line 1)
•
Set the correct weekday (Mo – Su) (operating line 2)
•
Set the correct date (operating line 3)
•
Set the correct year (operating line 4)
Burner does not switch on
•
Does the burner really have to operate?
•
Press lockout reset button on burner.
•
Check the electromechanical control thermostat (TR) and the manual reset safety
limit thermostat (STB).
•
Check wiring and fuse of the burner.
•
Check wiring of the temperature sensors. (sensor test, operating line 211)
•
Make “Functional test oil- / gas-fired boiler” (operating line 296) to see if the relevant
relays will be energized.
One of the pumps does not run
•
Has the correct basic diagram been selected? (Operating line 100)
•
Has the relevant partial diagram been deactivated or changed?
(Operating lines 120...11)
•
Is the pump correctly defined? (Also refer to auxiliary functions)
•
Check wiring and fuse of the pump. (relay test, operating line 210)
•
Check wiring of the sensors. (sensor test, operating line 211)
•
Make the functional test of the respective range to see if the required relays will be
energized.
D.h.w. is not being heated:
•
Has the button for d.h.w. heating been pressed?
•
Check setpoint of the d.h.w. temperature.
•
Check to see if d.h.w. heating is released. (lockings, time switch program, tempera-
ture setpoints, green function)
•
Check wiring and fuse of the charging pump.(relay test, operating line 210)
•
Check wiring of the d.h.w. temperature sensor. (sensor test, operating line 211)
•
Check setting of the electromechanical control thermostat (TR) installed on the
boiler. It must be above the TKmax setting.
•
Make “Functional test d.h.w.” (operating line 545) to see if the relevant relays will be
energized.
