4.218 Speed reduction of the heating circuit pump

The type of speed reduction of the heating circuit pump can be selected
The speed of the heating circuit pump can be reduced based on the operational level of
the heating circuit or based on the characteristic.

The speed of the heating circuit pump is reduced depending on the selection made.

Changeover according to the heating circuit’s operational level
At the operational level “Nominal”, the pump operates at maximum speed (oper-
ating line 742); at the operational level “Reduced”, the pump operates at mini-
mum speed (operating line 741).

Changeover according to the characteristic
The speed is controlled based on the flow and the outside temperature. The
change from minimum speed (operating line 471) to maximum speed (operating
line 472) takes place when the maximum flow temperature is not able to cover
the demand for heat

ture in chapter 6.

4.219 Functional test of the heating circuit

Individual relays or combinations of relays can be controlled for test purposes
The functional test makes possible the control of individual relays or relay combinations
in order to check the functionality.
