storage tank at the bottom.

•
Charging time of the storage tank with no priority can be defined
Defines the period of time during which the storage tank with no priority is charged by
the solar collector if the switch-on criteria for charging the priority storage tank are not

When using 2 storage tanks (buffer and d.h.w. storage tank / or combi storage tank), it
can be selected which of the storage tanks shall be charged by the solar collector with
priority (refer to operating line 333). Function “Maximum storage tank charging time” is
active only if “Relative priority” (setting 2 or 4) was selected.
During that period of time, the storage tank with no priority will be charged if the switch-
on criteria for charging the priority storage tank are not met.
When the adjusted period of time has elapsed, the controller will switch the collector
pump off (refer to “Maximum waiting time”, operating line 305
EXP
) and checks whether
the collector with no load reaches a temperature that meets the switch-on criteria for
charging the priority storage tank and starts charging it, if required.
If the switch-on criteria are not met, the storage tank with no priority will be charged
again during the adjusted period of time. The process repeats itself until either the
switch-on criteria of the priority storage tank are met or the storage tank with no priority
is completely charged.
