4.28 Flue gas temperature sensor B8 (ZuFu10)
•
Knowledge of the flue gas temperature
•
Measuring sensor for the flue gas temperature function
Activation of this function makes possible flue gas temperature measurements.

The auxiliary function is activated as soon as flue gas sensor B8 is assigned to a free
terminal:
101...109
Flue gas sensor
B8
can be assigned to a free sensor terminal be-
tween B101 and B109.
---
No assignment made and the flue gas temperature sensor is not acti-
vated.
The activated flue gas sensor makes possible the display of the current flue gas tem-
perature (operating line 222) and of the maximum value of the flue gas temperature
(operating line 223).
In addition, via operating line 154, a relay can be defined for the flue gas temperature
sensor function, which is energized and deenergized when the respective switch-on
and switch-off temperature is reached (operating lines 225 and 226).
If the temperature measured exceeds the maximum limitation of the flue gas tempera-
ture (operating line 224), an error message will be delivered.
The flue gas temperature sensor can be integrated into the plant diagram as follows:
