4.20 Storage tank transfer pump Q11 (ZuFu3)
If the temperature differential is large enough, the storage tank transfer pump transfers
heat from the buffer storage tank to the d.h.w. storage tank.
The associated settings can be found on operating lines 530…535.
In addition, the storage tank transfer pump serves as overtemperature protection for the
buffer and d.h.w. storage tank. The relevant settings are to be made on operating lines
490, 491, 540 and 541.

The storage tank transfer pump can be integrated in the diagram as follows:
This application is frequently used in combination with “D.h.w. heating with diverting
valve”. In that case, d.h.w. relay Q3 must be defined as a diverting valve (operating line
193), and transfer pump Q11 is used in place of the previous charging pump Q3.
