4.56 Maximum limitation of the flue gas
temperature
If the actual value of the flue gas temperature B8 (operating line 222) exceeds the ad-
justed maximum limitation of the flue gas temperature, operating line 50 will display er-

The error message can be acknowledged by resetting the “Display of the maximum
value of the flue gas temperature B8" (operating line 223) provided the actual value of
the flue gas temperature lies below the display of the maximum value.
4.57 Switch-on temperature flue gas temperature
sensor function (ZuFu10)
If the actual value of flue gas temperature B8 (operating line 222) reaches the tem-
perature adjusted here, relay K17 of the flue temperature sensor function will be ener-
gized. This means that the controlled flue gas temperature function will be activated.

The flue gas temperature sensor function can be used to control a flue gas fan, for ex-
ample, a flue gas heat exchanger or a fan for a smoldering fire function.
The switch-on and switch-off temperatures are not related to one another – hence, the
switch-off temperature can be lower than the switch-on temperature.
In this example, the switch-on point lies above the switch-off point.
