Maintained boiler return temperature is only possible with oil- / gas-fired boiler partial
diagrams using a 3-port valve (
OeG 3
and
4
) or a bypass pump (
OeG 5
and
6
).
With partial diagrams
OeG 1, 2, 7, 8
and
9
, the maintained boiler return temperature is
only possible when restricting the consumers’ demand for heat (operating line 281
EXP
).
If the return temperature drops below the adjusted value, hot flow water will be added
to the return – using the 3-port valve or the bypass pump in accordance with the partial
diagram – until the adjusted value will be reached again.
•
With
the
3-port valve,
this is accomplished by constantly adding the required
amount of water
•
With the partial diagrams with
bypass pump,
the maintained boiler return tem-
perature is ensured by switching the bypass pump on / off with a switching differ-
ential of 6 K (ON according to line 252, OFF according to line 252 + 6 K)
