4.262 Operating action of voltage signal at input E1
•
The operating action of the input can be matched to the type of output signal deliv-
ered by a device of other manufacture
•
More flexibility when using non-Siemens products (both operating actions can be
considered)
This function enables the operating action of input E1 to be matched to the operating
action of a device of other manufacture.

4.263 Function selection P1
•
Output P1 can be assigned to different pumps
•
Possibility of controlling pulse-width-modulated pumps
•
Control of voltage-modulated pumps with the help of ancillary equipment
The pulse-width-modulated (PWM) output can be assigned either to the solar pump,
the pump of the wood-fired boiler or the heating circuit pump.
The relay terminal connections of the relevant pump in that case do not change; they
will only be complemented by the PWM control line.

According to the setting, output P1 is assigned to one of the following pumps:
1
Solar pump Q5 / K9
Output P1 is assigned to the solar pump defined by the partial diagram.
2
Pump Q10 of the wood-fired boiler
Output P1 is assigned to the pump of the wood-fired boiler.
3
Heating circuit pump Q2
Output P1 is assigned to the heating circuit pump.

Reserved
With the present line of controllers, this setting is inactive.
Output P1 makes possible the control of variable speed pumps with a pulse-width-
modulated control signal. The frequency of the PWM signal is 2400 Hz.
The PWM percent figure gives the sampling ratio.
