Note that the Alarm Indication Signal field is not changed directly by this operation. However, in
some cases, the Alarm Indication Signal field does change, because the AIS signal also does a
loopback, and the loopback AIS signal is detected again by the FPGA.

No Loopback
” again.

Loopback Management

Save
button.

Refresh
button.

Verify the configuration.

Click the Port 1

tab’s

button when done.
