Remote S6010 Upgrade failure – protocol timeout

Meaning

: At the

IONMM > Upgrade

> Firmware Upgrade > Results

subtab, the “protocol timeout” Rea-

son displays with “failure” displayed in the Status column. The probable cause was a temporary line

fault.

Recovery

Check the IONMM, C6010, and S6010 cabling and connections.

Try the upgrade procedure again.

If the problem persists, contact Technical Support.
