You entered the command
set bw alloc-type=countAllLayerx
on a card that does not support it.
For example:

Verify if the card supports bandwidth allocation.
2.
Use the
go
command to switch to a different card and switch to the port level.

You entered the command
set irate=xx erate=xx
on a card that does not support it. For example:
