Mount to the Outside of Control Panel

Use the dimensions in Figure 2.11 and Table 2.5 to cut an opening in the control panel for the keypad.

Remove the keypad and put the keypad connector in the holder on the front cover.
Note:
Insert the end of the keypad connector that has the tab.

Put the keypad on the outside of the control panel.
Use M3 screws (6 mm (0.2 in) depth cross-recessed pan head screws) to attach the keypad from the
inside. Tighten the screws to a correct tightening torque:
• M3 screws: 0.49 N
∙ m to 0.73 N ∙ m (4.34 lbf ∙ in to 6.46 lbf ∙ in)
