The return value comes in the basic unit (without engineering), e.g. a measurement
result of 1.2345 kHzis returned as 1234.5 (Hz), a measurement result of 12.345 µV as
12.345e-006 (V).
If the measurement result of an overranged channel is requested with the
SENSe<1|2|3|6>:DATA<n2>?
command, the value "3.40282038" (repre-
sents NaN = Not a Number) is returned.
