ExtremeWare XOS 11.5 supports only the Summit X450 family of switches and the BlackDiamond 8800 series switch.

NOTE
If you use the same name across categories (for example, STPD and EAPS names), Extreme Networks recommends
that you specify the identifying keyword as well as the actual name. If you do not use the keyword, the system may
return an error message.
Beginning with ExtremeWare XOS version 11.4, the system returns the following message if the ports
you are adding are already EAPS primary or EAPS secondary ports:
WARNING: Make sure Vlan1 is protected by EAPS, Adding EAPS ring ports to a VLAN
could cause a loop in the network.
Do you really want to add these ports? (y/n)
Example
The following command assigns tagged ports 1:1, 1:2, 1:3, and 1:6 to a VLAN named
accounting
:
configure vlan accounting add ports 1:1, 1:2, 1:3, 1:6 tagged
