d. Press <OK> .
e. Under Start Menu, choose “Programs” > “Administrative Tools” > “Computer
Management” .
f. Under “Computer Management (Local)” , choose “System Tools” , then “Local
Users and Groups” , then “Users”.
g. Under the “Actions” menu. Choose “New User…” .
h. Fill the “New User” dialog as illustrated below:
i. Under Password, enter “PMDExport” .
j. Uncheck “User must change password at next logon” box.
k. Check “User cannot change password” , and “Password never expires”

l. Press “Create”
