The following steps describe the turn-on sequence for the Information Center system and
observations that are to be made during software start up.

Observing
Software Boot
Up
The software boot up process has 2 phases -- the OS boot process and the Philips boot
process. The steps of these processes are described below. Follow the start up sequence and
verify the following:
