If the file cannot be saved for some reason, an error message to
Cancel
the
Save
operation is displayed.
Replace the Archive disk with another disk and repeat the process.
When the
Save
process has completed:

Remove the Archive disk from the

drive and store it in the holder on the side of
the Server.
Service Log
data for the first 200 entries have been stored on the disk. If the file was saved
as a
dB Export file
,
the data can now be imported to another database.
Status Log
The
Status Log
provides information on the operational status of all devices connected to
the same Network as an Information Center or Client.
Note
If the Information Center or Client is in Local Database Mode, data on other Network
connected devices will not be current and may be incorrect.
There are two versions of the Status Log --
Quick Unit Status
and
All Data Categories
--
and both can be accessed from either the
All Controls
window or the
Service
menu.
Quick Unit
Status
The
Quick Unit Status
version of the
Status Log
provides summary information to clinical
users for quick identification and reporting of problems with devices in their clinical unit. The
Quick Unit Status
window is shown in
Figure 7-12 Quick Unit Status Log Window
The following information is displayed
Domain Name
is a read-only field that displays the
Host Name
of the Database Server on
the Network of the device. For local database Information Centers, it is blank.
Status Category
has a pull down list for selecting the desired version of the
Status Log
