DRV.BOOTTIME returns the time that the current session started running.This time includes
total amount of time from all previous sessions.
This keyword can be used with DRV.RUNTIME to determine the length of time the drive has
been running since it was last power cycled.
Session Time = DRV.RUNTIME – DRV.BOOTTIME
