Average Velocities (Figure A.145) as specified for 
the trip operation are tabulated here. The close 
position baseline cannot be clearly defined during 
trip-free operation. Consequently, if close position 
baseline is used to specify the Average Velocity 
Zone in trip operation (for example, if the zone is 
defined by distance-distance or distance-time), this 
velocity is not tabulated for trip-free operation.
