than the start time ( FROM ).

The Circuit Breaker Average Velocity is calculated
for the period between when the Main Contacts
part and the specified time after that moment.
For an Oil Circuit Breaker (Figure A.104), if only
one transducer is used, the Instrument uses the
Main Contact data for the phase where the motion
channel is activated.
