TOP AND FRONT OF ENGINE
Rocker cover: Removal - Refitting

Fit the engine wiring onto the engine wiring support
at the flywheel end.
a
Refit the nut for the engine wiring onto the engine
wiring support at the flywheel end.
a
Fit the engine wiring onto the front panel.
a
Refit the engine wiring mounting bolts on the front
panel.
a
Fit the right-hand engine wiring support.
a
Refit the bolt for the right-hand engine wiring sup-
port.
a
Fit the left-hand engine wiring support.
a
Refit the bolt for the left-hand engine wiring support.
2 - Back row
a
Disconnect the fuel discharge hose.
a
Refit:
- a new O-ring to the cylinder head outlet intermedi-
ate coolant duct,
- the cylinder head outlet intermediate coolant duct.
a
Connect the hose at the inlet of the exhaust fuel in-
jector cooler to the cylinder head outlet intermediate
duct.
a
Refit the clip for the hose at the inlet of the exhaust
fuel injector cooler to the cylinder head outlet inter-
mediate coolant duct using the tool
(Mot. 1448) .
a
Connect the hose at the inlet of the heater matrix to
the cylinder head outlet intermediate coolant duct.
III - FINAL OPERATION

Refit:
- the injector rails (see 13B , Diesel injection , Injec-

- the damper valve (see 12A , Fuel mixture , Damp-

- the diesel injectors (see 13B , Diesel injection ,

- the high pressure pipe between the rails (see 13B ,
