WIRING HARNESS
Engine wiring: Removal - Refitting
K9K or M9R

- the oil pressure sensor connector,
- the air conditioning compressor connectors,
- the crankshaft position sensor connector,
- the turbocharging pressure regulation solenoid
valve connector,
- the air flowmeter connector,
- the exhaust gas recirculation solenoid valve con-
nector,
- the turbocharging sensor connector,
- the heater plug connectors,
- the high-pressure pump connectors,
- the diesel temperature sensor connector,
- the injector connectors.

Refit:
- the earth strap bolt,
- the wiring channel on the cylinder head,
- the nut on the wiring channel on the cylinder head.
a
Tighten:
- the earth strap bolt to torque (21 Nm) ,
- the nut on the wiring channel on the cylinder head.
a
Clip:
- the fuel supply pipes onto the cylinder head wiring
channel,
- the engine wiring onto the engine.
a
Connect:
- the crankshaft position sensor connector,
- the oil level sensor connector.
a
Refit:
- the heat insulating material around the crankshaft
position sensor.
- the heat insulating material around the oil level
sensor.
a
Connect the power-assisted steering pump assem-
bly connectors.
a
Connect the R 22 connector.
a
Connect:
- the heating element unit connector,
- the pre/postheating unit connector,
- the oil pressure sensor connector,
- the air conditioning compressor connectors,
- the coolant temperature sensor connector,
- the exhaust gas recirculation solenoid valve con-
nector,
- the rail pressure sensor connector,
- the camshaft position sensor connector,
- the turbocharging sensor connector,
- the damper valve connector,
- the heater plug connectors,
- the high pressure pump connector,
- the turbocharging pressure regulation solenoid
valve connector,
- the air flowmeter connector,
- the diesel temperature sensor connector,
- the injector connectors,
- the exhaust gas pressure sensor connector.
