Perform the following operations:
- fill up and bleed the cooling system (see Cooling
system: Draining - Refilling ) (19A, Cooling),
- fill up the gearbox oil (see 23A , Automatic gear-
box , Automatic gearbox oil: Draining - Filling ,
page 23A-29 ) ,
- fill the refrigerant circuit using a refrigerant charg-
ing station (see Refrigerant circuit: Draining -
Filling ) (62A, Air conditioning).
- fill and bleed the power-assisted steering circuit
(see Power-assisted steering circuit: Bleeding )
(36B, Power-assisted steering),
- a leak test (see Refrigerant circuit: Check ) (62A,
Air conditioning).

Check that the air conditioning is working correctly
(see
Air conditioning: Check ) (62A, Air condition-
ing).

Refit:
- the front bumper (see Front bumper: Removal -
Refitting ) (55A, Exterior protection),
- the front wheel arch liners (see Front wheel arch

Adjust the headlight beams (see Headlight: Adjust-
ment ) (80B, Headlights).

Refit the engine cover.

Apply the after repair procedure using the Diagnos-
tic tool :
- connect the Diagnostic tool ,
- select « Gearbox computer » ,
- go to repair mode,
- display the « before/after repair procedure » for the
computer selected,
- carry out the operations described in the « After re-
pair procedure » section.
