Headlight: Adjustment

III - ADJUSTMENT OPERATION
1 - Vertical adjustment
a
Use the headlight adjustment and checking tool
to vertically adjust the headlight by turning the bolt
(
2 ) .

2 - Horizontal adjustment
a
Use the tool headlight adjustment and checking
tool to horizontally adjust the headlight by turning
the bolt ( 4 ) .
a
Position a small ratchet fitted with extension pieces,
a ball joint and a
6 mm socket to access the horizon-
tal adjusting screw.
IV - FINAL OPERATION
a
Refit:
- the detachable battery tray partition,
- the battery cover,
- the windscreen washer bottle neck (see 85A , Wip-
ing - Washing , Windscreen washer reservoir
neck: Removal - Refitting , page 85A-35 ) .
a
Close the bonnet.
a
Apply the after repair procedure using the Diagnos-
tic tool :
- connect the Diagnostic tool ,
- select “Headlight adjustment computer”,
- go to repair mode,
- display the "Before/after repair procedure" for the
computer selected,

A setting recess is provided for vertical adjust-
ment (
