AUTOMATIC GEARBOX
Oil pressure switch: Removal - Refitting

Torque tighten the hydraulic distributor housing
bolts (8 Nm) .
a
Remove the air inlet pipe seal of the intercooler us-
ing a
tweezers .
a
a
Refit a new seal on the intercooler air inlet pipe.
a
Rotate the clips of the intercooler air inlet pipe in or-
der to replace them in their groove.
a
Clip the intercooler air inlet pipe onto the intercooler.
a
Connect the automatic gearbox oil cooler hoses.
a
Fit the clips on the automatic gearbox oil cooler hos-
es using the tool
(Mot. 1448) .
a
Refit:
- the battery tray (see Battery tray: Removal - Re-
fitting ) (80A, Battery),
- the battery (see Battery: Removal - Refitting )
(80A, Battery),
- the front left-hand wheel arch liner (see Front
wheel arch liner: Removal - Refitting ) (55A, Ex-
terior protection),
- the front left-hand wheel (see Wheel: Removal -
Refitting ) (35A, Wheels and tyres).

Fill up and bleed the cooling system (see Cooling
system: Draining - Refilling ) (19A, Cooling).
a
Top up the automatic transmission (see 23A , Auto-
matic gearbox , Automatic gearbox oil: Draining -
Filling , page 23A-29 ) .

Refit the engine undertray.
a
Apply the after repair procedure using the Diagnos-
tic tool :
- connect the Diagnostic tool ,
- select « Gearbox computer » ,
- go to repair mode,
- display the « Before/After repair procedure » for
the computer selected,
- select « Hydraulic distributor » in the « List of com-
ponents controlled by this computer » section,
- carry out the operations described in the « After re-
pair procedure » section.

Note:
Check that the intercooler air inlet pipe seal is fit-
ted in its groove the right way round.
Note:
The intercooler air inlet pipe is correctly clipped
onto the turbocharger and the intercooler when
the clips are engaged in the turbocharger and
intercooler groove.
