Perform the absolute reset.
The message "Reset AbS oK?" appears on the pb
screen.

Press the
(YES) key.
Check that there are no obstacles in the robot
movement range, and then press the
key
(YES).
To cancel the absolute reset, press the
(no)
key.

Check the machine reference value.
After the absolute reset has been completed, check
that the machine reference value displayed on the PB
is within the absolute reset tolerance range (25 to
75). (For R6YXGL250, R6YXGL350, R6YXGL400,

CAUTION
When adjusting the machine reference value, be sure to
check the adjustment machine reference value.

Machine reference value checking procedure
1. Press the
key.
2. Press the
key to enter the manual mode.
3. Press the
key (
+
) to select "RST.AbS".
4. After the Z-axis absolute reset is complete, press the
(
+
) key to display the adjustment machine
reference value (%).
If the machine reference value is outside the absolute reset tolerance range, then the next absolute reset may not be properly
performed. In this case, make the necessary adjustments while referring to
"2. Adjusting the origin" in this Chapter.
