10) Read the mark amplitude. If this value is less than or equal to the requirement of the 4051 analyzer, record
it as the display average noise level within the range from 2GHz ~ 3GHz into the corresponding test item
of the 4051 Record Sheet. Otherwise, it should be considered as noncompliant.
Average noise display (3GHz to 3.6GHz)
11) Reset 4051 and set as follows:
Reference level -50 dBm
Start frequency: 3GHz
Stop Frequency: 3.6GHz
Marker All Markers Off
12) Repeat step 3 ~ 4.
13) Read the mark amplitude. If this value is less than or equal to the requirement of the 4051 analyzer, record
it as the display average noise level within the range from 3GHz ~ 3.6GHz into the corresponding test
item of the 4051 Record Sheet. Otherwise, it should be considered as noncompliant.
Average noise display (3.6GHz to 4GHz)
14) Reset 4051 and set as follows:
Reference level -50 dBm
Starting frequency: 3.6GHz
Ending frequency: 4GHz
MarkerAll Markers Off
15) Repeat step 3 ~ 4.
16) Read the mark amplitude. If this value is less than or equal to the requirement of the 4051 analyzer, record
it as the display average noise level within the range from 3.6GHz ~ 4GHz into the corresponding test
item of the 4051 Record Sheet. Otherwise, it should be considered as noncompliant.
Average noise display (4GHz to 5GHz)
17) Reset 4051 and set as follows:
Reference level -30 dBm
Start frequency: 5GHz
Stop Frequency: 9GHz
Marker All Markers Off
18) Repeat step 3 ~ 4.
19) Read the mark amplitude. If this value is less than or equal to the indicator value of 4051, record it as the
displayed average noise level within the range from 4GHz ~ 5GHz into the corresponding test item of
―4051 Record Table‖; otherwise, the value is unacceptable.
Average noise display (5GHz to 9GHz)
20) Reset 4051 and set as follows:
Reference level -30 dBm
Start frequency: 9GHz
Stop Frequency: 18GHz
