Load Setup Defaults under Exit tab, call and save factory configuration of display control, exit and reboot
the instrument. If nothing is displayed, LED components may be at fault. Please contact our customer
service center according to relevant information in the Manual and provide the error messages. We will
help you solve the problem as quickly as possible.

BIOS detection crash
If the analyzer stays at processor information display interface after energizing, it is caused by BIOS detection
crash. Follow the steps below:
a)
Check if the standard keyboard is connected and BIOS detection is suspended; if not, proceed to the next
step.
b)
Turn off the instrument, connect the standard keyboard of the PS/2 interface, turn on the instrument, long
press ―F2‖ to enter the BIOS setup interface, select Load Setup Defaults under Exit tab, call and save
factory configuration of display control and reboot the instrument. If the problem remains, please contact
our customer service center according to relevant information in the Manual and provide the error
messages. We will help you solve the problem as quickly as possible.

Unable to find system disk
If the analyzer displays ―unable to find system disk‖ after energizing, turn off the power at the back, wait for 1
~ 2 min, turn on the instrument and press the power button on the front panel to see whether the system disk
can be found properly. If not, connect the PS/2 keyboard to check whether the IDE is available. If not, the
instrument hardware fails. Please contact our customer service center according to relevant information in the
Manual and provide the error messages. We will help you solve the problem as quickly as possible.

Abnormal windows startup
After processor information is displayed, an operating system menu will be shown with a timer, including
Windows 7 startup and system recovery tools. It is default to start Windows 7 system. If system recovery is
required, use the up/down arrow on the standard keyboard to choose ―OneKey Ghost V2011.07.01‖ before the
timer hits 0 and click Enter.
In case of blue screen, startup crash, auto reboot during Windows system startup, check according to the
following steps:
a)
Firstly confirm that no external USB storage is connected to the instrument.
b)
Reboot the analyzer and if the instrument can be used properly and no such failures occur frequently, then
it is the occasional abnormal startup of the Windows system. Otherwise, proceed to the next step.
c)
Turn off the instrument and connect the standard keyboard of the PS/2 interface. Turn on the instrument
again, long press ―F2‖ to enter the BIOS setup interface, select Load Setup Defaults under Exit tab, call
and save factory configuration of display control and reboot the instrument. If the failure is removed, it
means the problem is caused by alternation of BIOS options. If the problem remains, proceed to the next
step.
d)
Turn off the instrument and connect the standard keyboard of the PS/2 interface. Turn on the instrument
again, select System Recovery option in the operating system menu (before starting system recovery,
users need to follow instructions in the Manual and contact the manufacturer), follow system prompts to
recover the system. Refer to
―3.1.2.5 System backup recovery‖
in the Manual for detailed procedure.
e)
If it is unable to recover the system, it is possible that the hardware of the instrument fails. Please contact
our customer service center according to relevant information in the Manual and provide the error
messages. We will help you solve the problem as quickly as possible.
