Step 8. measure the signal drift through the function of max hold:
Press the [Track] and [Max Hold].
When the signal changes, the max hold will maintain the maximum response to the input signal. Note the
track mode indication at the top of the screen, e.g. The yellow T1 [M, P] means Track 1 is in the status of max
hold.
Step 9. activate Track 2 and set it for continuous update mode:

Note that the track mode indication at the top of the screen, e.g. T2 is highlighted to be blue, T2[W, P]
indicating the Track 2 in continuous update mode and the detection mode is positive peak.
Step 10. slowly change the output frequency of signal generator, to make it change at 1kHz step and
range from ±50kHz. What displays on the Series Signal Analyzer is shown in Fig. 4.37.
