Menu description: to turn on or off the limit test for occupied bandwidth. When it is ON, take the set limit 
bandwidth as reference, and judge whether the measured occupied bandwidth value exceeds the limit. If 
so, F indicates that the test fails. Use number keys, stepping keys or knob to change the Limit Bandwidth.
