Menu description:
to increase or decrease the wait time after a gate event ends before the
signal/spectrum analyzer will respond to the next gate signal.
When Method is set to LO, after any gate event finishes, the signal/spectrum analyzer must wait for the sweep
status reset before it can respond to another gate signal. When the Gate Holdoff is ON, the user can adjust the
wait time; shortening holdoff period can improve speed, but it may reduce measurement accuracy; if accuracy
is insufficient, the user may consider extending holdoff period.
When Method is set to Video or FFT, the Gate Holdoff function still functions and has no effect on
measurement accuracy.
