Menu description:
to set the ratio between the current video bandwidth and resolution bandwidth with
the default value as 1. As the resolution bandwidth changes, the video bandwidth changes to maintain this
ratio. The ratio should be displayed on the input area and used for the coupling mode of those two kinds
of bandwidth. When a new ratio is selected, change the video bandwidth to meet this new ratio and the
resolution bandwidth should remain unchanged.
