3.1.1.2 Environmental Requirements
The 4051 Series Signal/Spectrum Analyzer should be operated at places conforming to the following
environmental requirements:

Operating environment
The operating environment should meet the requirements in Table 3.2:

The above requirements are for the operating environment of the instrument and not the range of technical
specifications.

Heat dissipation requirements
In order to keep the operating temperature of the instrument within the specified temperature range, the heat
dissipation space of the instrument should conform to the following requirements in Table 3.3.
