Control instrument Self-Test. The soft more include [Start], [Pause], [LO Step], [Circle Times], [Save Record

[Start]
Control the instrument to start[Self-Test] at initial access to [Self-Test

] More or Pause Self-Test.
[Pause]
Pause Self-Test of the instrument.
[LO Step]
Set LO step frequency (default: 1 MHz) during instrument Self-Test.
[Circle Times]
Set cycle test count. When executing this function, the instrument will automatically stop Self-Test.
[Save Record On Off]
Set whether to save Self-Test records after test. Under default setting, the Save Record is ON.
[Display Struct BoardEleUnit]
Control the display method of instrument Self-Test results. When setting to Board Level, the Self-Test results
of internal electric circuits will be displayed; when setting to Unit, the Self-Test results of instrument unit-
level modules will be displayed.
[Load Record]
Call the Self-Test results saved in previous time.
[Print]
Control the printing of current instrument Self-Test results.

Set GPIB address. That is 18 by default.
