Menu description: to turn on or off Marker Couple. When it is ON, moving any marker horizontal axis 
position will cause an equal movement of horizontal axis position of every other marker which is ON. 
When  the  marker  is  moved  to  less  than  Start  Frequency  or  larger  than  Stop  Frequency,  the  marker  is 
limited to the value of the Start Frequency or the Stop Frequency; when the span is zero, the minimum 
value is limited as 0, and the maximum value is limited as the Sweep Time.
