To get the maximum performance from the unit, please read this manual
first, and keep this at hand.

The HIOKI 3193, 3193-10 POWER HiTESTER will be referred to as the

HIOKI 3193 in this manual.

・

The HIOKI 3193 comes with a floppy disk drive (FDD) but the HIOKI

3193-10 does not. The respective specifications will be referred to when a
specific product name is mentioned in this manual.

・

When the FDD is mentioned in the instruction manual, even if there is no

special indication, the corresponding specification will not be supported
by the 3193-10.

When the unit is delivered, check and make sure that it has not been
damaged in transit. In particular, check the accessories, panel switches, and
connectors. If the unit is damaged, or fails to operate according to the
