Sets the total current integration value
for channel 1 to 3 (IH1, IH2, IH3),
positive integration power (PWP1,
PWP2, PWP3), negative integration
power (MWP1,MWP2,MWP3), total
integration power (WP1,WP2,WP3

and integration elapsed time (TIME),
as default items to response to the
:MEASure? query.
