Stop - Terminates the executing analysis.
Trim Based on Quality - Use this option to perform a Trim based on Quality.
Trim Based on Sequence - Use this option to perform a Trim based on a Sequence.
Restore Original Base Sequence - Used to return analyzed data display and base sequence
text back to its original state (losing all edits).
Third Party Analysis - Used to launch the third party analysis package specified in the
Third Party Analysis Setup dialog box.
Align - Used to perform an alignment of the sequence against the current
alignment settings.
Base Sequence Toolbar - Used to view the base sequence toolbar that allows you to search
for text and ambiguity codes.
View Sample Plate Toolbar - Used to view the sample plate toolbar that allows you to select
which samples you wish to open or export.
Heterozygote Backward Search - Used to search backwards for heterozygotes in the base
sequence text pane.
Heterozygote Forward Search - Used to search forward for heterozygotes in the base
sequence text pane.
Help Topics - Used to select and print specific topics in the Help file and/or search for
information by: topic, index entry and/or keyword.
Context-Sensitive Help - Used to open the Help file related to a specific menu option.
