To export fragment results in CEQ (*.cq*) format, perform the following steps.
• Launch Fragment Analysis and open a fragment result.
• Select
File | Export
to invoke the Export dialog box.
• Navigate to a folder to save the data file and enter a file name.
• Select CEQ (*.cq*) from the Save as type text box.
• The Sample Elements section of the dialog box will change to reflect this
selection.
• Check
Remove CEQ Tracking Suffix
to automatically remove the plate
position coordinates (*.A01, *.B01, etc.) as well as the time/date stamp from the
sample name. These are generated by the CEQ System Software.
• Check
Resolve Filename Conflicts
to enable the system to increment the
sample name(s) on export if it encounters a sample(s) with the same name(s).
• Now, click
Export
to export the Result Data and the Result Output.
Exporting Fragment Lists or Genotypes from a Study
This feature allows the export of the opened study’s fragment list or genotype data.
The pedigree and genotype data included in the export comes from the results included
in the opened study.
Follow these steps to export the Properties information with a fragment result:
• Launch the Fragment Analysis application and open a Study.
• Select the
Export Fragment List
command from the
File
menu.
• The
Export Fragments / Genotypes
window will be displayed.
