Preferences Used to:
• select for automatic display of the Study window
when the Fragment Analysis module is launched.
• select to graph all electropherograms by a function of
either size or time.
• select the number of egrams to be cached.
• select the initial view when the Single Result View of
a sample is selected.
• select to have the system display a warning message
before resetting all manually included or excluded
bins during an AFLP analaysis.
• select to have the system display a warning dialog
before reanalysis if old results in the study will be
replaced by new results.
Print Screen Pull-right menu with the option to send an image of the
computer desktop, application window or main window
to the printer.
Recent Studies Lists the most recently opened Studies.
Exit Closes the Fragment Analysis module.
