User’s Guide

The LOH Analysis results must be saved as a “Microsoft Excel
Workbook (*.xls)” file type in order for the data to be saved correctly.
Additionally, the file name must be changed from the default name
displayed in the Save As... dialog; otherwise, the result will be saved as
a temporary file and will be overwritten in the next LOH Analysis.

If more than 2 alleles are found for a locus, the last allele listed for the
locus will be followed by an asterisk (“*”).
