Saving

To save a new document, select 

File | Save 

from the menu toolbar. A 

Save As

 dialog 

will be displayed prompting you to enter a file name and folder location. Press 

Save

 

and the data is saved to the flat file for later retrieval.

If the document has previously been saved, select 

File | Save 

from the menu toolbar 

and the document will be saved immediately.

To change the name or location of an existing file, select 

File | Save As 

from the 

Menu 

and a 

Save As

 dialog will be displayed prompting you to enter a new file name 

and folder location. Press 

Save

 to execute the command.
