Analyzing Sequence Data
Editing Sequence Analysis Parameters
The Sequence Analysis Parameters Editor dialog box consists of five tabs: General,
Start of Data, Heterozygote Detection, Alignment Template and Alignment
Parameters. You will define the sequence analysis parameters in the following dialog
box.
To define the Sequence Analysis Parameters, perform the following procedure.
1. Select
Analysis | Working Analysis Parameters
to open the Working
Parameters dialog box.
2. Click
Edit
in the Working Parameters dialog box.
3. The Sequence Analysis Parameters Editor dialog box will open, as shown in
Figure 93.
Icon Description
Analyzed Data - Displays the data that has been analyzed for the active sample.
Base Sequence - Displays a text view of the bases from the analyzed data for the active
sample.
Raw Data - Displays the raw data for the active sample.
Current - Displays the current data from the capillary arrays for the active sample.
Voltage - Displays the voltage data from the instrument for the active sample.
Compare Data - Used to compare the active analyzed data set against another analyzed
data set.
Quality Parameters - Used to view a graphical representation of the Quality Values for
the active sample.
