1. Select the Project folder that contains the sample data that you wish to include in
the Study from the
Project
drop-down list box.
• Click on the down-arrow located on the right side of the
Project
list box
to reveal the available projects in the working database.
• If the project you are looking for is not displayed, it may be located in a
different database.
• To enter a different database all applications must be closed. See the topic
“Set Working Database” in the Online Help for more information.
2. Once you have selected a project, the
Plates
list box will contain all of the sample
plates available for that project.
• Click on the down-arrow located on the right side of the
Plates
list box to
display the plates available for selection.
• When you highlight your plate selection, a visual representation of the
plate will be displayed in the
Current Plate
area of the window.
3. To select the samples to be included in your Study, click on the well location of the
sample of interest.
• The sample ID will be moved to the
Current Plate / Selected Wells
area of the window, indicating that the sample will be included in the
Study.
See the Raw Data Legend area of the window for information
regarding sample well selection.
4. To remove samples from your Study, click on the well location of the sample you
would like to remove.
