Reference
The user can choose from three templates that are stored as part of the software or
choose a reference file from a disk.
If the
Reference File
radio button is not selected, then the text box and the
Browse
button below it are disabled.
If the
Reference File
radio button is selected, then the text box below it and the
Browse
button are enabled, allowing the user to enter the path of the desired
reference file or browse for a file.
Browse
The Browse button will allow to search for Text files (*.txt) and Sequence files (*.seq).
Cutoff Accuracy.
Enter the desired
Cutoff Accuracy
. The alignment will detect the base number in
the called sequence at which the accuracy falls below this value. The range is 0.0 to
100.0% and the default is 98.5%.
Allowed N’s
Enter the percentage of
Allowed N’s
that will be allowed to occur before they are
counted as errors when determining the alignment accuracy. The range is 0.0 to
100.0% and the default is 2.0%.
If a value is outside of an expected range, a message box will be dis-
played requesting that a valid value be entered.
