5. When an Analysis Parameter Set has been selected, click
Next
to proceed to the
Analyze Data
window.

Refer to the Analyzing Data area of this manual or the Online Help for
information on this window and the data analysis process.
6. Click the Analyze button to begin the re-analysis.
7. As the system proceeds with the re-analysis, the progress bar will be active and the
lower dialog box will record and display the analysis log for each sample as it is
re-analyzed.
8. To stop the re-analysis while it is in progress, click the Stop button. The system
will stop the re-analysis when it has finished with the sample in progress.
9. When the re-analysis is complete, the status column will indicate if the re-analysis
succeeded or failed for each sample selected for re-analysis.
10. To review the analysis log, highlight a sample in the upper samples list and scroll
through the analysis information in the lower analysis log area of the window.
11. When you have finished, click Finish to return to the Result Set View .
When the re-analysis is complete, the initially selected results are removed from the
Study and replaced with the re-analyzed results. The Result Set View, including the
Summary area, are refreshed with the new data and the selected filters are re-applied to
the entire set of data.
